1. A successful login takes you to the Bitumio dashboard. Here, an overview of bids, revenue, and sales is displayed.

2. At the top of the screen, you can see 5 cards under the Year to Date heading. These include Total Amount Proposed, Total Sales Won, Close Rate, Net Margin, and Job Amount Completed.

3. This is followed by 4 cards displayed under the Month to Date heading showing the value of the Bids Sent, Bids Closed, Revenue Closed, and Closing Rate. In addition to the value, a comparison of this value with that of the last month is also displayed in each card.

4. Next up is the Bids Sent vs. Bids Won graph. In this graph, the number of bids is mapped against the months. The sent bids are depicted via a grey line whereas a red line represents the bids won.

5. Furthermore, hovering over a point in the graph reveals a tooltip that displays the number of bids sent and number of bids won during that specific month.

6. This is followed by the Year to Date Revenue Won graph. This graph has the amount of revenue mapped against each month. Hovering over a point in the graph shows a tooltip that displays the revenue at that specific time.

7. Moving further, you can see the Close Rate graph. This graph has the percentage of sales leads and outreach efforts producing customer conversion and sales mapped against each month. Hovering over a point in this graph reveals a tooltip displaying the revenue percentage at the specific time.

8. Scrolling down further, you can see the Sales by Product pie chart. This chart depicts the sales made w.r.t each product. A different color coding is used to represent each product. Hovering over a part of the pie chart reveals a tooltip displaying the sales volume for that product.

9. This is followed by the Sales By Person grid. It has each salesperson's sales stats presented in the form of a table. Information is tabulated via a number of columns that include Name, Proposals Sent, Proposals Won, Win Rate, Proposals Won Sum, and % of Total Organization Proposals Won.

10. After this, the Amount Scheduled Per Day chart displays the amount for the jobs scheduled per day.

11. Moving further, the Material Needed Per Day chart displays the quantity of material needed per day in a given timeframe.

14. At the end is the map view highlighting the status of each job at each location. For your ease, each status is differently color-coded. Completed jobs are reflected in green, In Progress with purple, Job Costing with yellow, Scheduled with blue, and To Be Scheduled in red. In addition, clicking a circle reveals a tooltip displaying the details of the selected job. You can also switch to satellite view.
