1. Upon successful login, expand the Organization Settings category from the left navigation bar.
2. From the options displayed, click Email Settings,. Doing so takes you to the Email Settings screen.
3. Here, choose the template type you want to use for email. By default, the Default template is selected.
4. Clicking Custom radio button reveals a dropdown and a textbox.
5. Select the placeholders you want to include using the Placeholders dropdown.
6. Once the placeholders are added, use the textbox to draft the template.
7. Upon drafting the template, click the button to save the template.
8. To get a preview of the custom template, click the button.
