Our updated Fleet Management system can help you track registration, service intervals, parts, etc. Here we explain how your fleet configuration will relate back to the automatic creation of shop tasks, and its interaction with daily inspection logs.

Registration & Compliance
Simply the State and Expiration Date for the Vehicle's Registration.

Service Defaults
Step 1: Choose the Vehicle's meter type. This can be Miles or Hours.

Step 2: Next, Fill in the current meter reading. This reading will update via Shop Tasks or Daily Inspections, whichever is most current.

Step 3: These two fields a simple reminder of vehicle service intervals. These fields do not create Shop Tasks by themselves; however, you can easily automate that process by utilizing our 'Service Plans' feature.
Parts List
You can maintain a list of parts specific to a Vehicle. You can include part numbers, price and quantity, or even notes detailing a Reference or URL.

Recurring Service Plans
Gives your team daily up-to-date requirements for every piece of equipment.
You can set up automatic Service Plans for your Vehicles in two ways:
- By mileage/hours (meter readings): For example, Bitumio can automatically create a Shop Task for your team when a Vehicle is due for maintenance.
- By time (intervals): You can set up a Plan to alert your team when time-based events are coming up, such as Vehicle Registration.
Maintenance History
A record of all the Shop Tasks associated with the Vehicle. You can click on these Shop Tasks to view or edit the task.
